Gabby has dedicated over 18 years to the early childhood sector. In her last 10 years Gabby has been developing and implementing professional development to educators across the state. Having been a teacher, director, early education specialist and now owner her mission is to empower teachers to be the best versions of themselves for our youngest learners. 

Jill has served in the Early Ed sector for over 25 years. Jillian began her career in ECE as a children's ministry coordinator, developing and training a team of volunteers to implement Christian education for toddlers. During this time, she realized that educating young children and working with families was her calling.  Jillian developed a team of incredible educators and an outstanding program specializing in magnet prep for preschool. Jill believes that providing high quality education and care is the foundation to child success in later years.

Katrina has over 10 years working in early childhood. She currently serves as the infant teacher where she thrives on seeing each baby hit their milestones and developmental marks. Katrina loves being able to provide a warm and nurturing atmosphere for our schools littlest learners. 

Robin has been at Excel for 3 years and has been teaching in early childhood for over 9. Robin gets the most joy from seeing the babies in her room flourish and grow through their infancy development. "Each child is unique and all learn so differently, getting to experience this is a blessing to me" - Robin 

Shelby has over 10 years in early childhood. She currently serves as an infant teacher. Shelby shares a great passion in seeing children achieve their milestones and feels blessed to play a role in their development. 

Shelby has two children and loves being a mom.
